Project Specialist (Clearwell/Nuix Expertise)

Our Linguistics Scientists/Data Analysts support the custom search, technology assisted review (TAR), and information retrieval needs of ProSearch clients, with a particular focus on the following:

  • 1-3 year experience with litigation support software and platforms such as: NUIX, Clearwell, Relativity, eCapture, and other standard EDD tools.
  • The ideal candidate will have a certification in NUIX or Clearwell.
  • Knowledge of litigation workflow pertaining to the discovery process, project lifecycle, and production process desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Able to work well in a team oriented environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize appropriately

Linguistic Scientist/Data Analyst

Our Linguistics Scientists/Data Analysts support the custom search, technology assisted review (TAR), and information retrieval needs of ProSearch clients, with a particular focus on the following:

  • Develop, implement, and refine search and sampling strategies
  • Analyze linguistic patterns in large corpora
  • Report on findings and provide information tailored to the specific needs of audiences that include attorneys, technologists, analysts, and executives
  • Assess third party tools and develop business processes and documentation to support their use
  • Provide internal training and consultative support for Project Analysts and Project Managers overseeing technology assisted reviews

E-Discovery Data Engineer

E-Discovery Data Engineers support the custom data transformation needs of our clients and internal teams, with a focus on the following:

  • Understand ESI requirements, goals, and project constraints
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis, reporting, and modifications via SQL
  • Develop scripts and lightweight applications to automate tasks and workflows
  • Transform and import custom structured data and load file formats
  • Coordinate and perform data migrations between hosted platforms
  • Create, implement, and support event handlers

Project Manager

Our Project Managers are responsible for understanding the client’s needs and implementing a service solution to meet those needs throughout the life of the project. Our project managers focus on the following:

  • Understand the ESI requirements, review goals and project constraints.
  • Develop, implement and continuously refine project specific workflow, process and technical solutions that leverage best practices and engagement experience.
  • Execute solutions through hands on participation in processing, hosting and production.
  • Manage day-to-day details of case; coordinating with corporate clients, their outside counsel and ProSearch case resources.
  • Provide client and end-user training as required throughout the project to develop operational expertise across solution technologies.

Review Coordinator

Our Review Coordinators own the hosted review environment, with a particular focus on the following:

  • Completeness and accuracy of review data set.
  • Client and end-user training as required to develop and maintain operational expertise through all phases of review.
  • Assist client in review workflow development, implementation and maintenance.
  • Advanced search testing, development and implementation.
  • Review metrics reporting.
  • Production coordination and execution.

ESI Coordinator

ESI Coordinators participate in all phases of ESI processing, hosting and production with a particular focus on the following:

  • Track all engagement ESI across matters, including chain of custody management.
  • Organize ESI source sets for processing and track processing requirements for each set.
  • ESI reporting from receipt through production.
  • Manage ESI for multi-matter repurposing.

ESI Analyst

ESI Analysts participate in all phases of ESI processing, hosting and production with a particular focus on the following:

  • Processing of ESI data to native and tiff formats using industry standard applications.
  • Managing data in hosting environments to support review.
  • Data normalization to support metadata transformation, reporting and analysis.
  • Evaluating culling criteria, including keyword and metadata criteria.
  • Creating reports to support evaluation of ESI processing, culling and analysis.

ESI Specialist

ESI Specialists participate in all phases of ESI processing, hosting and production with a particular focus on the following:

    • Prepare source ESI for processing, including data transfer, inventory, and extraction from forensic container files.
    • Processing of ESI data to native and tiff formats using industry standard applications.
    • Load data to hosting environments from standard and non-standard load file sources.
    • Produce documents to industry standards, including exporting from hosting environments and building load files.
    • Generate reports to support work performed at each step of ESI processing workflow.

ESI Technology Support Specialist

ESI Technology Support Specialists assist with implementation, maintenance and user support for the technology infrastructure required to perform all phases ESI processing and hosting, including:

  • Maintaining hosting environments.
  • Maintaining 1,500 plus servers running various distributed processes to support ESI processing applications.
  • Test and deploy application updates.
  • Troubleshoot, report and resolve application errors.
  • Provide desk-side and remote assistance to end-users.
