Julia Hasenzahl

Julia oversees operations at ProSearch. Her responsibilities include building and managing client service teams, formalizing processes designed by the solutions engineering team and implementing standards. Prior to starting ProSearch, Julia was COO of BMCGroup (a legal and compliance support service provider). Joining BMC early in the start-up process, Julia built service delivery teams and processes to support organizational growth. Following 2003’s tremendous growth, BMC was recognized in the Inc. 500, Inc. magazine’s list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. During nine years at Ernst & Young, Julia held numerous practice and client support positions, including national manager of an enterprise-wide shared service function.

Trevor Allen

Trevor leads solution engineering at ProSearch. His solutions are developed through high-level client partnerships that result in a deep understanding of client requirements, specifically those of in-house counsel. Trevor’s demonstrative approach provides our clients with a clear understanding of how our people, processes and technology combine to deliver measurable value to the discovery process. Prior to starting ProSearch, Trevor was CTO of BMCGroup (a legal and compliance support service provider). At BMC, he designed and implemented the technology infrastructure to support a rapidly growing technology focused organization. Trevor also led client service teams to develop innovative technology solutions to collect, recover and normalize data from enterprise and proprietary client platforms to support bankruptcy data processes.

Kenneth Graulich

Ken develops business solutions for our corporate clients, including alternative fee arrangements to meet the business realities of e-discovery. Ken brings to ProSearch over 15 years of successful discovery management in the areas of litigation, compliance and investigatory matters. His breadth and depth of experience has proven effective in the ability to provide cost certainty, deadline compliance and reviewer management for small employment matters to large joint defense matters. From e-document preservation to litigation tactics, Ken helps clients integrate electronic discovery solutions into their case strategies. He has also advised clients in respect to legal technology issues, including litigation risk and cost management, evidence collection and preservation, computer forensics, complex data analytics and other information technology issues.

Dan Kinney

Dan leverages years of content management, computer forensics and electronic discovery experience to deliver comprehensive business solutions to ProSearch clients. He began his career helping international organizations and foreign governments automate manual business processes and implement content management technologies. With technical fluency encompassing the EDRM phases, Dan enjoys guiding clients through complex discovery, as well as speaking on content management, computer forensics, eDiscovery and advanced review strategies. He is a Certified Computer Examiner(CCE), holds various litigation database certifications and is an active member of the International Society of Computer Forensic Examiners (ISFCE), the International Systems Security Association (ISSA) and the High Tech Crime Investigative Association (HTCIA).

Matt Davidson

Matt leads advanced review services at ProSearch. He brings a passion for data, technology and innovation to every engagement. His solutions are created directly with client stakeholders to enable customized workflows and powerful outcomes. Prior to joining ProSearch, he worked at Qualcomm Inc. in the Discovery Management Organization implementing project management practices and business analytics. Matt received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and his M.B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
